A donation to Dementia Adventure in memory of a loved one is a positive way to commemorate their life and means their memory will live on through our work.

Collect at a Funeral

Some families choose to ask for donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral service. It is a lovely way to commemorate the life of a loved one and a special way to support our work with families affected by dementia.

We can send you gift aid donation envelopes if you would like to ask people for donations on the day of the funeral service. To order envelopes phone us on 01245 237548.

Please don’t send any cash in the post. You can bank the cash and send us a cheque for the equivalent amount along with the empty donation envelopes so that we can claim the gift aid on the individual donations.

Post Your Donations

Please make cheques payable to ‘Dementia Adventure’ and send them to us at:

Dementia Adventure, Unit 11 Old Park Farm, Main Road, Ford End, Essex CM3 1LN.

Please include an ‘In Memory Donation Form’ with your donation. If you’ve collected cash, please don’t send it through the post. You can bank the cash and send us a cheque for the equivalent amount.

Create an Event

Organising an event in memory of your loved one is a great way to celebrate their life and raise money to help us support more people with dementia and their families.

We can give you fundraising ideas, help you plan your event and make sure you have the support and resources you need.
